Homo Informis
Homo Informis is a unique music creation system which functions by translating still and moving image into sound and by exposing the sonic parameters to be controlled by body gestures and EEG waves in real time.
CoMGoL
CoMGoL is a monome controllable Max/MSP and Max for Live musical application that functions as a sequencer, synthesizer and game, inspired by the work of mathematician John Conway. It is based on the famous Game of Life. Trigger the game with a random seed or input your own manually on the monome Grid and observe/listen. CoMGoL is the first part of Conway Suite. CoMSol
CoMSol is a monome controllable Max/MSP and Max for Live musical application that functions as a sequencer, synthesizer and game, inspired by the work of mathematician John Conway. It is based on little explored game by Conway called Soldiers. Its implementation makes it stand somewhere between peg solitaire and "capture the flag" types of games. This one uses both monome Arc and Grid. CoMSol is the second part of Conway Suite. You can download it here: https://gumroad.com/l/Conway_Suite
Process_00
This algorithmic composition is programmed entirely from scratch using only internal Max objects and devices, making it completely transferable to any computer running Max. Every time it is run through, it sounds slightly different, as it is governed largely by probability. The hand-made drawing served both as the score and as an inspiration device while the composition was being created. It was presented by the Chair of the Electronic Production & Design department at Berklee College of Music, Michael Bierylo, at a masterclass in Tel Aviv in winter 2018.
